Mini taquitos of Cochinita pibil  served w/ avocado, purple onion & habanero chile relish

Mi pampa linda

Argentine traditional empanadas. Hand made dough stuffed with ground beef, bell pepper, onion, olives, hard-boiled egg. Served with spicy chimichurri sauce.

Baja style Caesar salad

Romaine lettuce, homemade croutons, slices of parmesan, and fresh cesar dressing served w/ roasted shrimp

Beet carpaccio

Tender beet, goat cheese, caramelized nuts, fresh mint and raspberry and truffle oil vinaigrette

Chicken broth & guajillo chili served w/ tortilla chips, sour cream, panela cheese and avocado

Fish broth,  w/ coconut milk, seafood, green onions, and serrano chile
